Very Good

Nice Rooftop and friendly hosts. Good Breakfast with fresh fruits and multiple options.

Room was quite noisy. Shampoo and sope in tiny one use package size. We would recommend to use a refillable dispenser.

Great Hotel with Friendly Staff

Good location in a quiet area but within walking distance to restaurants etc. Breakfast on the rooftop was fabulous. Staff very helpful and friendly.

A PLEASANT HOME STAY WITH EXCELLENT STAFF AND GOOD BREAKFAST. THANK YOU.

Breakfast excellent, staff are brilliant and the room was lovely. the tv was very good with excellent reception and we were invited to join the family on a trip out.

we enjoyed our stay with no complaints. The pool could have been larger, but was adequate.

A hidden gem , first look from outside wasn’t inviting, but the clean interior , helpful and friendly staff. Street food available nearby and strong internet signal. Very clean sheet and cosy room, could be it’s a newly renovated place

Amazing, pitch perfect!

- Amazing people. Thanks to Mr. Lee for making our stay so comfortable. - Good location in Ho Chi Minh - Rooftop breakfast - Value for money although the best I have ever seen is something I will keep for the end I wish the best to the people running the show. If you are a backpacker and are in Ho Chi Minh don't think twice before booking this accommodation.

There is nothing one can NOT like about this place.

Charming!!

The hotel was perfectly located to a major area where you will find lots of restaurants and the Sinh Tourist bus agency. Very tasty breakfast served on the roof giving you a view of the city. It’s QUIET which says a lot for Ho Chi Minh City/Sài Gòn. Our room was spacious and very clean! We stayed at the start of our trip and are staying there again on our final night before we return home. Excellent hotel that we highly recommend!

We did not have anything we didn’t like.

The staff were very friendly, couldn't have done enough for us. Lovely rooms great location, nice and quiet area away from all the hussle and bussle of the busy of bui Vien.

kindness staff and tasty breakfast(you can choose either vietnamese noodle or continental breakfast, i love the noodle and plate of various fruits!) on the rooftop is very good to starts the day.

on the first day after i took shower, the water came from under the wall and it went through under the bed to the room entrance. i asked the staff and they fixed day after so i stayed the same room, but it surprised me. on the other day the street around the hotel is flooded by the water ( i don't know why, it was only one block around the hotel). it finally lasted over 2hrs so i had to take bike taxi to get back to the hotel because i didn't want to put my legs into the foul water.

Good size bedroom for 2 people, clean, tidy and comfortable. The property is new built, have breakfast on the roof top of building with the city view

Nice and quiet hotel in the main district

The hotel is located perfectly in the main district, in a quiet little street close to everything. The staff is very nice and helpful. It is clean and nicely furbished.

Nothing major, but a few hooks and a shelf in the bathroom would be nice.

We loved our stay!

The staff was amazing, very attentive and kind. It seemed like a family-run business. The breakfast was delicious and you can have it on the rooftop, which was pretty cool. The room was big and clean.

Incredibly friendly staff, very clean, good breakfast on a beautiful rooftop terrace, great value for money, good air conditioning.

Didn't realise the bathroom wouldn't have a separate shower - instead the whole room was the shower.

The location is great, easy to walk almost everywhere.

The location is great, easy to walk almost everywhere. The hotel is in a small alley therefore away from the street noise however street vendors get there early in the morning so earplugs might come in handy. We had a room with a window. Very friendly girl working at breakfast. Great WiFi.

The room was on the small side.

Very good hostel for the paid price

The great location, the nice and welcoming owner, and especially the good breakfast (the lady/cook was very nice and ready to help us with extra fruit or other things)

Some tiny little improvements would have made our stay even more enjoyable: e.g. Some hook or bar to hang the clothes and maybe a couple of small bins to throw small trash. The rest was pretty good for what we paid.
